This is my list of challenges I put toward my mental strength and health.This is a goal my best friend tries to do each year so I hope that I can meet up and we can exchange some of our goals. /i think book reading should be a first good goal. 50 books. with a short book review when it is complete sounds like a happy healthy goal to keep creative juices going!
